{"id":"CVE-2026-39371","state":"PUBLISHED","title":"RedwoodSDK has a CSRF vulnerability in server function dispatch via GET requests","description":"RedwoodSDK is a server-first React framework. From 1.0.0-beta.50 to 1.0.5, erver functions exported from \"use server\" files could be invoked via GET requests, bypassing their intended HTTP method. In cookie-authenticated applications, this allowed cross-site GET navigations to trigger state-changing functions, because browsers send SameSite=Lax cookies on top-level GET requests. This affected all server functions -- both serverAction() handlers and bare exported functions in \"use server\" files. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.6.","publishedAt":"2026-04-07T19:28:30.941Z","updatedAt":"2026-04-08T17:46:55.661Z","severity":{"score":8.1,"label":"High","version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:H","source":"GitHub_M"},"assigner":"GitHub_M","products":["redwoodjs sdk"],"affected":[{"vendor":"redwoodjs","product":"sdk","versions":[{"version":">= 1.0.0-beta.50, < 1.0.6","status":"affected"}]}],"references":["https://github.com/redwoodjs/sdk/security/advisories/GHSA-x8rx-789c-2pxq"],"weaknesses":["CWE-352"],"ingestedAt":"2026-10-29T20:11:50.837Z","source":{"repository":"CVEProject/cvelistV5","path":"cves/2026/39xxx/CVE-2026-39371.json","commit":"556c9d3a8cd17e218bb8e452ba7cd619a384ff47"},"raw":{"dataType":"CVE_RECORD","dataVersion":"5.2","cveMetadata":{"cveId":"CVE-2026-39371","state":"PUBLISHED","datePublished":"2026-04-07T19:28:30.941Z","dateUpdated":"2026-04-08T17:46:55.661Z","assignerShortName":"GitHub_M","assignerOrgId":"a0819718-46f1-4df5-94e2-005712e83aaa","dateReserved":"2026-04-06T21:29:17.350Z"},"containers":{"cna":{"title":"RedwoodSDK has a CSRF vulnerability in server function dispatch via GET requests","descriptions":[{"lang":"en","value":"RedwoodSDK is a server-first React framework.
