{"id":"CVE-2026-18881","state":"PUBLISHED","title":"TableOn <= 1.0.5.1 - Unauthenticated Blind SQL Injection via 'comment_count' Filter Parameter","description":"The TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to blind SQL Injection via the `filter_data[comment_count]` parameter of the public `tableon_get_table_data` AJAX action in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.5.1. This is due to insufficient escaping on the user-supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query — the value is split on `:` and both halves are interpolated directly into a `posts_where` SQL clause without `intval()` casting or `$wpdb->prepare()`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into the already-existing query that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database (researcher demonstrated extraction of database(), wp_users.user_login, and wp_users.user_pass).","publishedAt":"2026-08-05T06:37:59.464Z","updatedAt":"2026-08-05T13:29:54.331Z","severity":{"score":7.5,"label":"High","version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","source":"Wordfence"},"assigner":"Wordfence","products":["realmag777 TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable"],"affected":[{"vendor":"realmag777","product":"TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable","defaultStatus":"unaffected","versions":[{"version":"0","status":"affected","lessThanOrEqual":"1.0.5.1","versionType":"semver"}]}],"references":["https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/ac53ade6-b654-4169-a50a-96b3de3d108d?source=cve","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/posts-table-filterable/trunk/profiles/default/default.php#L765","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/posts-table-filterable/tags/1.0.6/profiles/default/default.php#L765","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/posts-table-filterable/trunk/index.php#L76","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&old=3520311%40posts-table-filterable%2Ftrunk&new=3520313%40posts-table-filterable%2Ftrunk"],"weaknesses":["CWE-89"],"ingestedAt":"2026-10-29T20:11:10.572Z","source":{"repository":"CVEProject/cvelistV5","path":"cves/2026/18xxx/CVE-2026-18881.json","commit":"556c9d3a8cd17e218bb8e452ba7cd619a384ff47"},"raw":{"dataType":"CVE_RECORD","dataVersion":"5.2","cveMetadata":{"cveId":"CVE-2026-18881","state":"PUBLISHED","datePublished":"2026-08-05T06:37:59.464Z","dateUpdated":"2026-08-05T13:29:54.331Z","assignerShortName":"Wordfence","assignerOrgId":"b15e7b5b-3da4-40ae-a43c-f7aa60e62599","dateReserved":"2026-08-04T18:28:16.502Z"},"containers":{"cna":{"title":"TableOn <= 1.0.5.1 - Unauthenticated Blind SQL Injection via 'comment_count' Filter Parameter","descriptions":[{"lang":"en","value":"The TableOn – WordPress Posts Table Filterable plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to blind SQL Injection via the `filter_data[comment_count]` parameter of the public `tableon_get_table_data` AJAX action in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.5.1.
